In keeping with Virginia Law, the charge per notarial act of  witnessing each individual signature is $5 per notarial act.  For mobile services, there is a trip charge, printing charge (if necessary), and fees to fax back documents & overnight return services.

Two forms of I.D. are required - one being a government issued picture I.D..  The original must be presented at the time of signing.  Copies may be required to return back to the lender or requesting party if other than the individual who the signing is being done for.

All notarily acts must be documented in my journal and all individuals signing will be required to provide a thumbprint in the record journal.
