REALTORS ® - We offer packages to suit your needs, from still photos, panoramics, full 360º images, virtual tours for properties, events, communities, flyers, brochures, website maintenance, internet listing marketing and much more.

FOR SALE BY OWNER (FSBO)

We provide a wide range of services if you're selling your home yourself.  Start with awesome photos, we'll create a virtual tour with a branded link for you to use an any number of websites that you post your listing too.

If you decide to go with a REALTOR® at some point, we will transfer the remainder of your hosted tour period to your agent for a  LOW $35 fee. (One Time Only).

I have a list of referral agents who, if you decide to list your home with them after a period of time, will refund you your virtual tour fee ... ask for details.

YACHTS & BOATS

• Yachts & Boats - Call for details.  Due to the varied size and amenities, pricing will vary.  Photos will be provided to owner & yacht broker as requested either via DropBox, or on CD. 
• Include a Virtual Tour of your vessel for only $75.  Good for one year hosting (can be renewed for a $25 fee annually).
• Brochures & Flyers of Properties $25, email .pdf  of flyer and you can print yourself, or we will print for you in quantities of 100 at the lowest possible rate (will provide quote at time of order).

CUSTOM CARS, HOT RODS, CLASSICS & MOTOR CYCLES

Looking for professional photos at a low cost ?  Here's your chance .... low cost photos of your ride if you're considering selling, need for insurance purposes, want a story board for auto shows, web posting, and more.  We offer photography services to provide you with high resolution, high quality images you can print or use on the web.  $100 per shoot. 


We cover a large area, taking photos almost anywhere in Southeastern Virginia. From Richmond down to Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck Areas.  From time to time to, we make it to Southeastern Maryland and North Carolina's OBX and eastern North Caroline.  Trip charges may apply.

Photography Services

As a freelance photographer, I take pictures of just about anything !   I enjoy the art form, the nature, and meeting wonderful people everywhere I go, and seeing the sights.  I express my thoughts and feelings through the photos I take.  My photography is spontaneous and reflects my interests, capturing glimpes and of my wanderings primarily throughout the East Coast, and up and down the Chesapeake Bay.
